AI Hive is a unit of Grovix Ventures Private Limited.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AI Hive, a unit of Grovix Ventures Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing our consultancy resources, custom software builds, or social media optimization configurations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all custom software components, database architecture models, algorithms, and design assets compiled by AIHive by Grovix remain our intellectual property. Explicit transfer of code ownership occurs solely under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Limitations of Liability

AIHive by Grovix builds dynamic, custom integrations. While we optimize pipelines for high-reliability outputs, we cannot guarantee third-party API uptimes (e.g., social network developer endpoints, LLM API pathways) and will not be liable for subsequent API downtime losses.
